A Pilgrimage of Beauty: St. Margaret's Island and Its Holy Sites

Lying on the Danube River between "Buda" and "Pest", the island is named after St. Margaret of Hungary, a dominican nun from the 13th century who was the daughter of King Béla IV. While visiting and enjoying the nature and sites, remember to see the ruins of the Dominican monastery where St. Margaret used to live.
